Open Position: Pricing Manager, Insurance (MNC Company)An MNC Insurance Company is currently hiring for Pricing Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:
- Develop pricing strategy across various product lines to position the products based on values and competitive situations
- Develop, lead and manage the pricing process for the organisation while ensuring compliance by controlling the exemption process
- Develop pricing tools, embed pricing processes and building long-term product roadmaps within operations to align with business objectives and goals
- Perform business analysis, market analysis with good understanding pricing models in the market
- Participate in product setup, system enhancement and involved in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the pricing systems
- Offering good quality products to the respective business channels as well as implementing new products and product improvements
- Develop and review all policies and frameworks for the pricing products and ensure compliance of the product development process
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team-based environment
