This role is required to assist in delivering accurate pricing of products, implementation and other product pricing related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Product Officer and Head of Pricing in ensuring precise product pricing aligned with best actuarial practices to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial goals.
- Guarantee successful, high-quality, and profitable product offerings across all channels and facilitate timely roll-out of new products or amendments.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely filing of regulatory and regional office product documentation.
- Lead the implementation and documentation of processes and controls for pricing and product development.
- Guide executives in matters concerning product pricing.
- Conduct training and development programs for pricing executives.
- Supervise pricing executives\' tasks for timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of Insurance pricing experience and demonstrable team leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor\'s degree; an actuarial science degree is advantageous.
- Proficient in analytical skills, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering robust networking connections.
- Proficient in coaching and developing staff.
