This is regional role responsible for enforcement of pricing strategies for company which include administration of pricing control/approval process, conduct market/competition price trend analysis, systematic pricing measurement and price forecasting for equipment in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) market.

Responsibilities: * Administrate product and project pricing review/approval process, conduct margin analysis and provide pricing recommendation base on pricing limit of authority (LOA) for pricing decision making of business leaders (SBU president, Territory and Country leaders)

• Cooperate with product management and sales team on solution offering optimization for large and critical projects to optimize price and margin
• Execution of price approval base on decision from business leaders (SBU president, Territory VP)
• Conduct market and competition price trend tracking
• Perform systematic measurement to track price realization and provide price forecasting to support business plan for future price change and predicts margin growth

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering
• Additional qualification/knowledge related to business finance is preferred
• Solution proposal or project management working experience is a plus.
• Overall experience of 5-8/ 1-3 years in HVAC industry or related industries

• Ability to work credibly and influence various levels of the organization (regional & distribution teams) in a highly cross-functional environment to complete tasks and achieve goal.
• Knowledge of project management, familiar with project management process or working experience in a projectized organization,
• Analytical skills, example: project working breakdown structure analysis, price-margin-cost-revenue analysis
• Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Words, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively (written, verbal, presentation, etc.) as well as listening skills to gain understanding. Cross \xe2\x80\x93 culture understanding and growth mindset.
