We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Primary Banker 1 working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. Principal Responsibilities: Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers. Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products. Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments. Utilize customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales. Update customer\'s information accurately in the Bank\'s system. Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met. Requirements Requirement: Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits. Candidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred. Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage. Strong customer handling and problem solving skills. Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
