Nationality: Local Malaysian Priority to Sabah & Sarawak Candidate Industry: Oil & Gas The position of DCS/SCADA/PRIME Engineer is responsible for actively supporting the PRIME Project implementation, with a focus on upstream and downstream deployments. In this role, he/she will be working with asset, internal, and vendor teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. This includes providing technical analysis support to make sure everything goes according to plan. Responsibilities; Working with asset owners, DCS and SIS vendors to review and validate data accuracy to secure optimal data integrity. Implementing the PSI software to extract, sort and configure raw data and alarms from DCS database to ensure PRIME will be properly mapped to their respective DCS parameters. To carry out software testing, including Composite Integration System Test (CIST-DCS, SIS, and PRIME), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Assist in developing technical documents such as CIST, UAT, FDS. Execute daily monitoring and troubleshooting of PRIME dashboard in case of any issues with PRIME functionality. Communicating with (various) vendors to address any issues that arise in the PRIME configuration process Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Petrochemical or equivalent. Having (3) years of experience with DCS/SIS/PLC is preferred, BUT, fresh grad with the right attitude will be highly considered. Capable of interpreting Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) accurately. Capable on analyzing standard Oil & Gas alarm event monitoring process. Able to interpret on alarm rationalization report database. Ability to handle vast amounts of data and accurately check/validate it. To be able to station at designation side if required by COMPANY. Resource shall be of Malaysian citizen.
