- Create and carry out a thorough technology plan that is in line with the company\'s business objectives.
- Oversee all facets of the company\'s technology landscape, which includes architecture, DevOps, microservices, cloud, open-source databases, and RESTful APIs.
- Manage the development and upkeep of the company\'s technical solutions, including its web and mobile applications.
- Keep abreast of the most recent developments in technical trends and technologies and suggest new initiatives to promote innovation and growth.
- Oversee and guide a group of technical experts.
- Create and maintaining a technology roadmap.
- A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is required; a master\'s degree is desirable.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in technical leadership positions, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.
- Experience managing and directing technical cross-functional teams with at least 25 members.
- Strong technical domain knowledge, including architecture, DevOps, microservices, cloud, open-source databases, RESTful APIs.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to successfully lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.
