Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and carry out a thorough technology plan that is in line with the company\'s business objectives.

• Oversee all facets of the company\'s technology landscape, which includes architecture, DevOps, microservices, cloud, open-source databases, and RESTful APIs.

• Manage the development and upkeep of the company\'s technical solutions, including its web and mobile applications.

• Keep abreast of the most recent developments in technical trends and technologies and suggest new initiatives to promote innovation and growth.

• Oversee and guide a group of technical experts.

• Create and maintaining a technology roadmap.

Requirements

• A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is required; a master\'s degree is desirable.

• A minimum of ten years of experience in technical leadership positions, with a track record of successfully delivering technology solutions.

• Experience managing and directing technical cross-functional teams with at least 25 members.

• Strong technical domain knowledge, including architecture, DevOps, microservices, cloud, open-source databases, RESTful APIs.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to successfully lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.
