Job Description


Job Overview Review of QHSES Data for trends and analysis around Quality and HSES performance. Assist in Project Document reviews and development.
Provide QHSES guidance to management and team leaders. Audit/Surveillance of Management System, Quality and HSE programs, and project performance. Involvement in company certification development and maintenance as assigned. Development and maintenance of Quality Metrics/KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and required reporting as assigned. Performance of Continual Improvement Initiatives, and guidance to team members. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Familiarization with all company and project specific QHSES terms, requirements and project deliverables.
  • Identification of applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work including monitoring compliance.
  • Ensuring plans, procedures and instructions are implemented through audit and surveillance oversight.
  • Involvement in project related risk reviews as assigned.
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of Corrective Action and Non-Conformance tracking and Root Cause Eval.
  • Assist in preparation/implementation of audit plans and conducting of audits as required
  • Involvement in readiness planning, risk reviews, bids/estimates as required for QHSES
  • Conduct regular site or facility surveillances
  • Other duties connected with the QHSES function, as directed by Sr. Manager/Manager, QHSES
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • 10+ years within the Construction Industry through all phases of EPCI project delivery
  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent certification in QHSES related subject
  • Functional, business and industry expertise.
  • Prefer supervisory expertise
  • Specialized depth of knowledge/expertise in QHSES
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Preferred knowledge or certifications in Auditing
  • Process knowledge and continual improvement
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as act as team leader.
  • Have wide experience with technical activities, including on and offshore operations.
  • Maintain key competencies associated with Quality and HSE.
  • Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
  • Be conversant with local and international codes, regulations and norms.
  • Auditor Qualification/Training to ISO standards (9001, 14001, etc.)
