WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyse Express business needs and facilitate cross-functional alignment on Resiliency Solution requirements
• Ensure solution compliance to Express requirements, propose specifications of appropriate changes, and assess the impact of change on the current business and IT environment
• Ensure solution compliance to DPDHL Group Standards and identify synergy potentials
• Design and validate business processes necessary to ensure the resilience and continuity of Express business
• Ensure that the resilience processes design is encapsulated in any provided technical solutions
• Coordinate solution testing and validation across business and IT

WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN

• Identify business and IT requirements, and recommend enhancements for Express resilience processes, and deployment of the solution required for Express business resiliency
• Conduct business requirements reviews to ensure program fulfilment within constraints of budget and timelines
• Responsible to align with the IT teams on fulfilment of Express business requirements in the solutions implementation
• Perform the business impact analysis (e.g., processes, organization) and risk assessment associated with the proposed solutions
• Ensure solution compliance with regulatory requirements and Group & Express standards
• Ensure development of global processes to establish Express capability to use and maintain the resiliency solutions
• Build working relationships with subject matter experts (business and IT), program management, Express stakeholders and maintain relationships with external vendors
• Coordinate creation, documentation and maintenance of Express global materials, e.g., business continuity plans, processes and procedures
• Prepare deliverables status updates and reports and communicate findings to stakeholders

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• At least of 5 and ideally 8 years of experience in business analysis, project orientated or wider change management role in a multi-national / global environment
• University Degree in Business Administration/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience of working on at least one major, successful resilience project
• Experienced in liaising with senior managers both within the organisation and outside agencies
• Well-developed analytical skills with related experience in the use of structured methodologies, modelling techniques and tools and/or willingness to adopt new techniques
• Practical experience of business process analysis, mapping and implementing process change and underlying tools such as Signavio.
• Knowledge of Business continuity management and business recovery principles and best practices
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Good understanding of the principles of change management
• Strong command of English
