Owner of Advanced Process Control from conceptualization, piloting, implementation, monitoring, improving and sustaining. Lead the planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups in Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively Develop standard to governance equipment hardware and software across same platform and implement and executing equipment improvement/stability topics to meet/exceed TCR. Establish and implement business process/ methodology for equipment improvement, setup, conversion and troubleshooting parts life span, consumption, availability availability of maintenance instructions and schedules investigations and countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns. Collaboration with module Maintenance and Procurement in driving the maintenance cost optimization project and to certify the technical team in according to the define competency model. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent More than 10years of operations/quality/production/engineering experiences in semiconductor manufacturing Familiar with the latest equipment / technology in the industry and able to upgrade/ improve existing equipment to suit the business needs. Analytical and problem-solving skills with Statistical data analysis and ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly Good knowledge and skills in production area and good leadership skills Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond Be personally energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making Be able to get things done timely and make things happen to achieve the aims of production and the business.
