In your new role you will: Technical team leader and responsible for TTI FT Power Discrete Test KPI Plan resource and ensure project execution inline with Infineon Test Roadmap. Develop, Source and benchmark new tester in terms of quality, performance, time to market and cost according to SDHB milestone Develop qualification plan for new tester and existing tester re-qualification Monitoring performance and quality of new test solution to ensure all specification are met Documentation of standard test solution release document Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineer to ensure project are completed in a timely manner Drive test improvement programs and realization projects together with development and production team (e.g: test time, yield, GRnR, OEE) Support development of new test concepts with division to achieve best test cost and efficiency Support evaluation of new test cells and test materials (test socket, test board, probe card) Provide training and knowledge sharing to operation staff Contribution in technical & innovation aspect \' technical paper, patent write-up Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor degree in Electronic/Electrical engineering or equivalen Solid knowledge in analog & digital circuitry Strong foundation in semiconductor ATE test development environment Experienced in power and automotive products Analytical and problem solving skill Project management skill Statistical data analysis Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
