The ideal candidate will have a solid background in geotechnical analysis, a strong understanding of engineering standards and safety regulations, and proven experience in delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and review geotechnical site investigations, including soil, rock, and groundwater studies.
Oversee and interpret laboratory testing programs and results.
Provide design recommendations for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, ground improvement techniques, and earthworks.
Review and approve geotechnical method statements, respond to technical queries, and evaluate design changes.
Ensure all works comply with applicable engineering standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
Prepare and approve technical reports, drawings, specifications, and other geotechnical documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent).
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with a valid practicing certificate.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in geotechnical, slope, and infrastructure works.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a collaborative environment.
