Job Description

In your new role you will: Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques to analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for process improvement such that manufacturing equipment are able to self-heal with adaptive process control and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand the manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement advanced process control models to optimize manufacturing processes, improve yield & OEE, and reduce variability. Design and deploy real-time monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and identify anomalies in the manufacturing processes. Work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing manufacturing systems and processes.This includes defining and developing data connectivity and storage strategy. Develop equipment standards and specifications for advanced manufacturing process control. Integrate solution design to support overall lights-out manufacturing automation roadmap. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and innovate manufacturing data analytics capabilities. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master\'s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Proven experience working as a Process Engineer and Data Scientist in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques. Expertise in programming languages such as Python for data analysis and modeling. Familiarity with process control systems, sensor data, and real-time analytics in a manufacturing shopfloor environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen skills. Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
