Initiate/lead test structure and functional test program development.
Interface with M5 test team to seamless implementation of the test program
Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPD/UPE to resolve
Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
To monitor and work with PI/UPE/UPD to ensure stability of product parameters
Support electrical test and analysis on DoE lots
Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability
Lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics
Be able to provide support or leadership for cross technology group projects
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/MaterialScience/Chemistry.
Minimum 6-8 Years of working experience in the Semiconductor industry with FE Wafer Fab experience preferred. BE experience is accepted with a higher number of years of experience.
A strong background in semiconductor physics and experience with SiC technologies especially (WBG) would be highly appreciated.
Data driven and familiar with advanced statistical analysis tools.
Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively through 8D andother problem solving tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good team player and ability to lead a team.
