Principal Engineer Statistical Methods
Job Description
In your new role you will: Definition, development, set-up and continuous improvement of the SPCprocess and DoE Responsible for the sustaining SPC process, DoE and their respectivetools Reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI Regular reviews and audits in IFX organization Training and coaching/mentoring of users, local process experts,potential sub-process owners and process leaders Build up cross functional team- and project set within the set-up andcontinous improvement of the SPC process and DoE Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Technical degree (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik or similar) Excellent Knowledge in Statistical methods Fluency in English due to working in multi-cultural teams Excellent knowledge of contribution of IFX to ensure IFX quality andproductivity objectives Excellent knowledge of development and production processes, KPIs andinternal & external standards Developing, structuring and leading the organizational development teamwith clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces (relevant contributorsfrom FE, BE and all DIVs Intercultural skills (EU / Asia / US) Experience in project management Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
