Extensively use the internal & external network team for BE and FE cross site collaboration along value chain. Drive & define the guiding principles documentation out of lessons learnt for interaction between pad and interconnect. Share the know-how concerning process block interactions as trainer. As group lead, represent and legally lead a group of 3-5 people onsite in BE Melaka. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Physics) Broad expertise across different wafer and assembly technologies, including knowledge on pad and interconnect (wire bond, clip bond, flip chip bond) processes Experience in leading teams even without legal assignment based on technical expertise Ability to simplify complex technical interdependences to enable proper decision making procedures Nail down complex interdependencies of requirements and trends to scenarios (roadmap) Experience in statistical data analysis including design of experiment. Problem solving methods know-how (8D. 6-sigma). Willingness to travel (business trip and delegation).
