Job Description


Job Overview: Preparation and consolidation of all HSES Technical & Commercial bid inputs. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with the resource personnel within the HSES Department for review of tender documents including gap analysis and provision of technical and commercial bid inputs.
  • Identification of the tender documents/specification requirements.
  • Finalization and submission of the early clarifications to the tender documents as raised by the resource personnel.
  • Preparation of the HSES related cost inputs regarding the established guidelines and using the standard formats.
  • Preparation of the list of technical bid qualification and/or exceptions, deviations & comments to the tender which formed the basis of cost estimate.
  • Identification of the cost and/or schedule impact to the original basis of bid in case of acceptance or rejection of the technical qualifications.
  • Generating and/or compiling of all HSES management related technical bid proposals are required by the Instruction to the Tender Documents i.e. proposed/typical HSES Project Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Project HSES Organization Chart, CV\xe2\x80\x99s of Proposed HSES Key Personnel, etc.
  • Presentation of all HSES related technical and commercial bid inputs to the HSES Director for review and approval.
  • Amendments to the submitted inputs after receipt of additional tender documents, and/or after the Business Unit Reviews and ensuring that the bid inputs preparation cycles remain properly observed until the final bid submission.
  • Response to any clarifications (pre or post tender) that the Customer may have, and provision of any back up as a result of the review of technical and commercial submittals.
  • All documentation shall be retained relevant to the Bid inputs in the share drive.
  • Conduct internal and external HSES audits whenever required.
  • Lead and manage HSE activities such as inspections, meeting, drill etc, as per plan.
  • Identification and development of new HSES Procedure and keep abreast of new developments, safe working practices, government regulations and relevant international codes of practice.
  • Conducting Internal HSES training as required.
  • Actively participate in all Company\xe2\x80\x99s QHSES Initiatives and Programs.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • Degree/Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment
  • 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HSES
  • Have wide experience with tendering activities for on and offshore scope
  • Licenses as Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor Safety & Environment
