Each DHL service is supported by information systems which depend on network connectivity for information exchange. You will provide third level day-to-day support, and help investigate and resolve network related incidents, which cannot be addressed by lower support levels. Sometimes, issues might get tricky, and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT infrastructure support teams and specialists will come into play. When it comes to firmware bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues related to our technologies, communicating with our vendors is key. As part of your role, you will collaborate with a team to develop strategic plans, implement, and maintain essential tools that support DHL\'s critical network infrastructure.Ready to embark on the journey?   • Proficiency in TCP/IP and essential telecom infrastructure components such as DNS and DHCP
  • Familiarity with monitoring and management protocols like SNMP and NetFlow
  • Programming and scripting abilities in languages such as Shell Scripts, Python, are advantage.
  • Understanding of API interfaces and orchestration is beneficial.
  • Capability to learn and use the knowledge in the day-to-day work.
