- Posses a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in preschool industry
- Experience in teaching and able to teach Mandarin
- Required skills: Computer literate & Microsoft office
- Manage and monitor daily operations of the kindergarten and ensure smooth operation
- Lead and strive to increase student enrolment and retention
- Plan and prepare study programmes, schemes of work and lesson plans as required for the subjects
- Establish and maintain effective teaching and learning methods
- Conduct assigned classes according to the schedule
- Mark and assess student\'s work
- Assist in ad hoc matters
- EPF
- SOCSO
- Medical claim included
- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
