Position: Principle Engineer Client Background: Leading supplier of innovative high-tech and medical products Industry: Electronics Location: Kulim, Kedah Tenure: Permanent s: * Technical lead process engineering and production for Position: Principle Engineer Client Background: Leading supplier of innovative high-tech and medical products Industry: Electronics Location: Kulim, Kedah Tenure: Permanent s: Technical lead process engineering and production for assigned area in semiconductor Drive quality KPI, solve yield and rework issues in the cleanroom, lead excursion prevention to sustain the quality and productivity Lead, coach and guide the engineers in both technical and management skills in order to enhance capabilities and deliver up to expectation Perform other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time Lead and work on productivity improvement and cost down improvement. Lead cross functional projects to support production Ensure release and execution of project milestones, this includes working with relevant internal or external groups. Job Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Material Engineering or equivalent Approximately 7 years working experience in semiconductor industry especially in Sputtering process.
