MBA or MSC in physics, industrial engineering, micro system technologies or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Project Management or Engineering of Automotive Displays; good network in the industry.
Knowledge of Automotive Display Market; Technical Knowledge of Automotive Display and especially Display Backlighting technologies; Capabilities to apply tools for market research, business strategy decisions, and product road mapping.
Capabilities to derive and execute business strategies and product roadmaps for the area of display backlighting in Automotive.
Excellent analytics and capability to "get to the point"; Separate important from non-important facts and capable to propose/do decisions, based on clear logic and calculated risk.
Capable to hold responsibility for 50MEUR business.
Leading of cross functional teams (RnD, Marketing, BA, Application Engineering, SCM).
Experience with intercultural working (e.g. between Europe and Asia); especially experienced with Chinese and Taiwanese working culture.
