• Assist in the preparation of files for print production, including file conversion, image optimization, and font management.
• Perform desktop publishing (DTP) tasks such as layout design, typesetting, and image placement using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ensure accurate color reproduction by implementing color management techniques and calibrating equipment.
• Conduct pre-press operations, including proofreading, imposition, and plate making, to ensure print-ready files.
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process by inspecting proofs, monitoring print runs, and identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to established production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
• Maintain organized records of all production files, proofs, and related documentation.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of DTP equipment and software.
• Follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all print production activities.

• Manage color accuracy throughout the production process, including color correction and proofing.
• Perform pre-press operations such as trapping, imposition, and file conversion.
• Conduct quality control checks on proofs and printed materials to identify and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the printing team to troubleshoot production problems and optimize workflow.
• Maintain and organize digital assets, including fonts, images, and templates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in desktop publishing and print production technologies.
