Job Description

Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000 Per Month (Supervisor); MYR 3,400 - MYR 4,500 Per Month (Assistant)

Requirements:

o Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in print production management

o Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate production teams

o Expertise in quality control procedures and quality assurance measures

o Experience optimizing print production workflows for efficiency and waste reduction

o Excellent troubleshooting skills for printing equipment and technical issues

o Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures for printing equipment

o Experience in inventory management of printing materials and finished goods

o Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

o Oversee and manage entire print production process from initial order to final delivery

o Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures at all production stages

o Lead, mentor and supervise print production staff with guidance and training

o Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs

o Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime

o Manage inventory levels of raw materials, supplies and finished goods

o Collaborate with sales, customer service and design teams on project requirements

o Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
