Requirements

• Basic knowledge of printers and computers.
• Must have own transport and valid driver's license (frequent site visits required).
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
• SPM or equivalent; technical certificate or diploma in Electronics/IT is an advantage.
• Experience in printer repair is preferred (but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
• Understanding of printer mechanics, electronics, drivers, and network integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair printers and related equipment, ensuring timely and quality service.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to minimize printer downtime.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware printing issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade printer systems and related peripherals.
• Provide technical support and basic operation training to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, including repairs, parts usage, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest printer technologies and industry developments.
