Operate and monitor printing machines to ensure smooth production.
Set up and prepare printing equipment, including ink, plates, and paper rolls.
Check product quality during printing and make adjustments if needed.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic troubleshooting.
Record daily production reports accurately.
Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
Work closely with production and QC teams to meet output targets.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience in printing or manufacturing is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts.
Team player with good communication skills.
