Requirements
Possess at minimum a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level educational qualification.
Have 3-5 years of hands-on experiencein aprinting production environment, with a solid understanding of printing processes, materials, and production equipment.
Demonstrate strong competency in Printing Production Management, including end-to-end oversight of the printing production lifecycle.
Implement and maintain strict Quality Control (QC) standards to ensure all printed materials meet company quality benchmarks and client specifications.
Exhibit effective Team Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and supervise production staff to achieve operational and performance targets.
Optimize workflow and production processes to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance overall departmental productivity.
Plan, develop, and manage production schedules, ensuring timely project completion through effective resource allocation and proactive delay management.
Communicate fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English, enabling effective coordination with team members, clients, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end printing production operations, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.
Plan and optimize workflows and production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Conduct quality control checks and resolve production issues promptly.
Lead, train, and supervise production staff to achieve performance targets.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to meet job requirements and customer expectations.
Monitor printing machines and equipment, arranging maintenance and repairs when required.
Manage materials and inventory to ensure sufficient stock and reduce waste.
Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
