Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Proactively generate new leads and expand the customer base across
SMEs, government agencies, private corporations, and educational institutions
.
Identify business opportunities through market research and networking.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
3. Consultative Selling
Provide expert consultation on printing products and services such as
marketing materials, merchandise, corporate gifts, banners, and customized solutions.
Conduct
presentations and product demonstrations
to showcase NTS Printing's capabilities and value proposition.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
Analyze
market trends, competitors, and client feedback
to develop effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create
promotional campaigns
and strengthen brand presence.
5. Quotations & Proposals
Prepare detailed
quotations, cost estimates, and proposals
based on client specifications.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
6. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with
design, production, and customer service teams
to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market developments to improve company offerings.
Job RequirementsEducation
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum
2 years of sales experience
, preferably in
printing, advertising, or promotional merchandise industries.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of
printing processes, materials, and technologies
(e.g., digital printing, offset printing, inkjet, screen printing).
Familiarity with
market trends
in printing, branding, and corporate gift solutions.
Language Proficiency

Bahasa Malaysia and English
