Manufacturing/Production (Packaging)

Location:

SiLC, Iskandar Puteri

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM-6.00PM

Remuneration:

Basic salary, fixed allowances, AWS

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate converting equipment following established procedures. Read and interpret customer specifications, mount plates and dies, and align auxiliary equipment. Clean and properly store dies after use. Inspect finished products for defects and conduct specification checks. Meet productivity and quality targets. Complete production and labor reports. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing 5S tasks. Present information on medical packaging or the converting process. Participate in 5S and safety audits, implement corrective actions, and inspect products for quality.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology or related field. Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the printing/packaging manufacturing industry. Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting and setup.
