Show interest in learning and operating 4 colors and above high speed flexo printing machine. Need to be hands on.
Able to perform product setup and product change.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and errors.
Shows good leadership, responsible and stay committed.
Able to work shift rotation and Weekends.
Able to perform daily routine checks and handle operators.
Experience: Have experience working in Production, handle production machineries and have some knowledge for plastic film.
Have some knowledge on repairing/maintaining the flexo printing machine.
Always practice good 5S.
5 days work/week, 8-6pm, after 6pm is OT, usually 12 hours working/day, shift rotation
Saturday working depends on production schedule
Good working attitude with minimal Attendance issue, such as lateness, high frequency of last-minute leave application

Fit to work, no Chronic medical history
