We are looking for Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join Global IT Infrastructure & Operations team.

Demant is a global company with more than 18,000 colleagues globally, who all use our IT solutions. - To ensure this, you will have more than 500 employees in Global IT across Europe, US and the Asia Pacific region supporting you.

You will be part of the Datacenter Operations team consisting of 14 people located in Infrastructure & Operations consisting of 80 people in total working out of our offices in Denmark, Kuala Lumpur and Poland.

Responsibilities. What tasks are waiting for you?

• working with PAM project team to enable successful PAM system implementation across Demant
• onboarding, hand-over and knowledge transfer for IT operations teams. Consulting and guiding Application/System owners on PAM processes and PAM technology concepts
• working with the IT security & compliance teams to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by PAM solution
• configure and support PAM solution to meet business process and application requirements
• participate in processes creation and documentation
• communicate technical concepts, business risks to stakeholders

To succeed in this position, it\xc2\xb4s important that you have several years of experience from an IT Infrastructure environment. Currently you may be working as a specialist or consultant. It is essential that you have experience with different technologies within the Server area from a larger/international company.

To sum up, we hope that you have experience with:

• have server operation experience with PAM knowledge (preferred SenhaSegura or similar platforms)
• have sound knowledge of Infrastructure technologies, integrations between systems and SaaS knowledge
• have knowledge about PAM processes and general security knowledge
• have excellent communications skills with hands on experience collaborating with global teams
• have ITIL certification
