Responsibilities:
Supporting business and IT process documentation, improvement, and alignment with organizational standards.
Requirements:
Level:
Junior
(1-2 years
of experience). Familiar withISO
orITIL framework.
Understanding of process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvement. Able to work closely with IT and operations teams to identify gaps and propose solutions. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and good communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
