- Conduct material research and development according to company requirements.
- Collect materials and perform material analysis and inspection, adjusting formulations based on analysis results.
- Plan and document experimental procedures and processes, assisting other engineering personnel with material technical support.
- Manage supplier relationships and environmental/material management, as well as responding to customer inquiries and surveys.
- Developing, optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
- Manage operator and suppliers.
- Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- 1\xe2\x80\x932 years working experience in a related field would be an added advantage. However, fresh grads are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in fluent English and Malay; Mandarin is an additional advantage.
- Willing to work extra hours if required.
- Self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transportation.
