DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

KPIs:

Key Tasks: Technical - Shall be able to perform/develop the following:

Process Flow Diagram (PFD) Basic Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) Mass and water balance Heat and Energy balance Equipment list Equipment sizing Utility requirements Equipment specifications and datasheets Design basis reports and process calculations Equipment / facilities / building layouts & General Arrangement
Drawings

Conceptual master plan layouts Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering related to process and
technologies.

Process control requirements Preparation of project feasibility reports / detailed project report Preparation of Technical specification, vendor offer review and
vendor offer technical evaluation report for various bid packages.

A good level of understanding about all disciplines like civil&
structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and

process control, unit handling, bulk material handling; and ability

to coordinate with / guide / lead multidisciplinary cross functional

team

Good understanding of project cost estimates (CAPEX & OPEX),
project management

Modeling & Simulation studies (desirable) HAZOP / HAZID studies (desirable) Involved in commissioning activities (desirable)
Key Skills,

Qualifications

& Education:

Minimum Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) 15+ years of experience in Engineering Design A Senior Manager will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented,
hardworking and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and writing skills and
interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with

personnel at all organizational levels.
