Job Description
Summary To provide support on process control mainly in new line for project transfer PROCESS CONTROL TECHNICIAN (PROCESS CONTROLLER) JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for controlling process parameters. Review and update in-process material\'s records from Dipping to Coating. Maintain dip room tank parameters to meet current specifications under the supervision of the Process Engineer. Perform studies and evaluations to relate the outgoing quality from the Diproom and the dipping processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Evaluate and analyse process data to improve quality and yield (troubleshooting). 2. Monitor and record the machine performance as per B.O.P requirements. 3. To execute assignments given and report the progress. 4. Control and monitor all in-process parameters as per B.O.P requirements. 5. Regulatory documentation. 6. Scrap analysis. 7. Routine sampling and process audit as per B.O.P requirements. Primary Work Location MYS Kedah - Bard Kulim (Malaysia) Additional Locations Work Shift MY3 Normal 8a-4.45p Group 26 (Malaysia)
