Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What\xe2\x80\x99s PossiblePRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for providing the plant control system proposal and estimate for project bidding.Responsible for the plant control system bidding and execution for project Basic Engineering Design (BED) ,Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and FAT,SAT commission, startup support as required.Support the technical clarification with control system supplier for requisition. Support DCS, SIS/GDS hardware and software configuration in project engineering.Coordination with operation team to make plant control system meet the AP related specification or requirement, especially for human machine interfaces (HMI) and alarm management system.Manage and supervise project activities related to controls and instruments performed by LDI\xe2\x80\x99s, EPC\xe2\x80\x99s and sub suppliersReview and validate all country codes and standards to ensure compliance Participate in operability reviews, HAZOP/LOPA, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT) for the automation system and similar control packages such as analyzers, environmental monitoring, etc.Participate in Cybersecurity reviews and execution for the plant automation system with support from IT discipline.Proficiency in reading and interpreting PID\xe2\x80\x99s in order to provide technical input relative to instrument and control design strategies.Develop plant control strategy during PFD and P&ID execution.Provide instrumentation and control technical support and functional guidance during startup and commissioning activities.Provide technical guidance, direction and over site relative to critical safety shutdown systems to ensure compliance with IEC 61511. Provide or review SIL verification and validation report for safety instrument system.Support developing Technical Risk statement (TRS), Control System Design Objectives (CSDO) and project control system execution strategy, get aligned with GFO and TM for project definition phase.Provide timely input to cross function detail design according to the work process map.Any other functional duties as assigned.We are the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
