We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

You will play an important role in:-

Evaluate, develop and/or procure and install automation solutions and advanced equipment for the purpose of increasing productivity and reducing dependence on human labor. Evaluate, develop and/or procure and install advanced systems for the purpose of early detection and prevention of defective products.

Quotation Enquiry Calculation:

- Assist in preparing accurate and competitive quotations by evaluating project specifications and requirements.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to gather data necessary for cost estimation and price calculations.

- Maintain and update a database of past quotations to support ongoing pricing strategies.

Prototype Sample Preparation:

- Support the design and manufacturing of prototype samples for new products and engineering trials.

- Coordinate with design and testing teams to ensure prototypes meet all required specifications and quality standards.

- Document results and feedback from prototype testing to inform future design iterations.

Mass Production Flow Design:

- Assist in designing and implementing efficient mass production workflows to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

- Analyse existing production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

- Work collaboratively with production teams to optimize workstations, equipment, and material flow for maximum efficiency.

Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the engineering and production environment.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and enhancing product quality.

- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations related to process optimization.

Although strategic and predictive tasks are typically for managers, non-manager employees are encouraged to contribute. This ensures every employee understands and engages with the company's long-term strategy.*
This involves daily operational tasks, ensuring that they are executed with proper planning and organization.*
Examine the defects evidence to verify the causes of failure as well as identify the failure modes. Employ a systematic approach and engineering tools such as process analysis, data analysis, and pattern recognition to rediscover problems and to resolve them.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field). Practical on ISO9001 or ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 14000 and ISO 45001 is preferred. Previous internship experience or entry-level role in engineering, manufacturing, or related areas is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software for die design and layout (e.g., AutoCAD? Knowledge of process optimization techniques and lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production flow design. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
