Your Contribution

• Responsible for calibrating instruments, designing new tools or systems of measurement, analyzing data, or researching the science of measuring.
• Ensure all Inspection, Measurement and Test Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s (IMTE) in Wafer Production are compliance with SCHOTT defined quality management system.
• Manage IMTE daily performance, maintenance plan and calibration/verification control, review of calibration/verification results.
• Use statistics to analyze measurement standards and processes and report of measurement data and to manage yearly, recurring measurement system analysis.
• Identify failure modes related to in-line visual inspection process and develop process control to eliminate/reduce the failures and setup yield monitoring and root cause analysis system, by using statistically sound approaches.
• Keep up with the state of the art technology in the market for future development reference via industrial exhibition.
• evaluation, installation, qualification of new measurement device, monitor metrology stability and performance and work with AQP team to make sure all metrology\xe2\x80\x99s tools calibrate on time.
• Provide documentation of measuring equipment like process instruction and supports in the development and the implementation of the metrology road map.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and related Engineering Degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-year engineering experience.
• Extensive knowledge on tool and equipment installation or experience with Green Belt, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of metrology measurement instrument, Project Management Methodology, Problem Solving Tool Set covers in PSO, FMEA, Basic Statistical Analysis, GR&R, MSA and SPC.
• Knowledge in Minitab and other mathematical/statistical analysis tools.
• Knowledge in CNC language programming.
• Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC) will be a plus.
