Job Description
:
We are seeking a
Process Development & Tooling Engineer
to drive process improvements, tooling design, and technical support for precision manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize sheet metal forming and stamping processes. Design, validate, and maintain tooling, die-sets, fixtures, and gauges. Conduct NPI trials and technical costing for new and existing products. Provide technical support to Production and ensure compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot CNC machines and maintain programming accuracy. Collaborate with OEMs for process approvals and technology updates.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in precision or aerospace manufacturing. CAD/CAM proficiency (Siemens NX/Unigraphics preferred). CNC programming, Milling, and Turning knowledge. Understanding of special processes: Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot Peening, Welding.
