- Monitor process status, assess the impact of changes in process parameters on products, and verify their reasonableness.
- Development of new products and processes
- Regularly evaluate processes or control plans, responsible for formulating technical and process documents and standards, and establish and improve on-site standardized operating procedures, regularly updating or maintaining various technical documents, including operation instructions, FMEA, etc.
- Establish product quality and related inspection standards
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical, etc.), master's degree preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in the printed circuit board (PCB) and semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Good team player, willing to learn new skills with good initiatives and accountability.
- Able to undergo training in China for a duration of 6 months.
