We are looking for a highly motivated Process Engineer to optimize and enhance the supply chain distribution across the APAC region. The Process Engineer will support the distribution team to develop and implement standardized operational processes, facilities and documents with focus on improving efficiency and reducing cost and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the distribution network.
Lets talk about Responsibilities

• Standardization & Best Practices: Develop and implement standardized procedures for distribution and logistics across the APAC region to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis and process simulation tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements in distribution processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in procurement, logistics, warehouse management, quality assurance and transportation to align on process improvements and ensure a seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers in the APAC region.
• Change Management: Support the implementation of new processes or technologies within the supply chain, ensuring smooth transitions and providing training and support to employees.
• Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams, promoting lean principles, and encouraging process innovation across the supply chain.

Lets talk about Qualifications and Experience

• Similar experience with strong understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it to actionable insights

Preferred

• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or Science with at least 3-5 years experience in a supply chain/distribution

• Exposure in Quality and/or Regulatory standards; in an ISO certified industry or FDA or GDP registered facility (pharmaceutical, medical device, or equivalent highly regulated industries).
