Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Initiate, coordinate, and drive quality improvement. Resolve all quality issues related to process, machine and human related. 2. Work with internal and external customer to define quality/process requirements 3. To improve process capability to achieve better product (module) yield, quality and customer specification & requirement. 4. Prepare WI (work instruction), Control Plan & FMEA. Provide relevant training for technicians/supervisor/trainers. 5. To improve on process cycle time (or UPH) for bottom -neck product (module) lines. 6. Initiate cost saving on IDMs to achieve cost competitive (Cost reduction project) 7. To liaise with supplier on issues related to process improvement. 8. To perform machine, buy-off activity for newly or usa \xe2\x80\x93 transferred equipments 9. To work closely with Mechanical and Electrical engineer for new product introduction and ensure a good \xe2\x80\x9chand-shake\xe2\x80\x9d before new product (module) release for production. 10. To enhance the technical knowledge and skill of process /production technician & AE providing training to them 11. To maintain process integrity by monitoring process performance through the use of statistical tool. Requirements \xef\x82\xa7 Minimum a Diploma in any related discipline or equivalent. \xef\x82\xa7 Basic personal management skill in motivation, organizing, planning and control. \xef\x82\xa7 Able to communicate fairly in English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xef\x82\xa7 Basic computer knowledge in Excel and Word
