Lead new product and process development

Review, improve, and document existing processes

Define, implement, and maintain product quality standards and inspection methods

to ensure consistent output and compliance with specifications.

Maintain accurate process documentation

to support standardisation and traceability across manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

process improvement projects

to enhance productivity, efficiency, and yield.

Troubleshoot production issues

, identify root causes, and implement

continuous improvement initiatives

Manage technical and cost-reduction projects

, including the introduction of

new materials, technologies, and process enhancements

Support pilot production runs

and facilitate the adoption of new technologies to ensure stable, reliable production outcomes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes such as DCB sintering, laser cutting, final inspection, packaging, graphics transfer, or surface treatment. Experience in the PCB or semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred. Willing to attend training in China for up to

6 months

when required. Proficient in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking teams and stakeholders.

Open to fresh graduates.

Salary: RM3,000-RM4,000, depending on qualifications and fit. Must be willing to work in
