Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System Ensuring all that Quality, Environment , Safety and Health Management System conform with requirements of International Standard ( ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) by adhering to clause related to Roles and Responsibilities.

Ensure that good housekeeping practices are applied, implemented and sustained during his shift
Promote among his team members to identify possible safety hazards and arrange appropriate preventive actions with responsible department
Ensure compliance with all OHS & EHS policies & procedures
Ensure good housekeeping practices
Support 5S program Quality and waste management Ensure that quality standards and procedures are followed during shift to produce good quality products
Ensure that scrap and waist targets are achieved during shift and take corrective action when targets is not met and by applying 3 Qs or problem solving techniques to prevent this from reoccurring.
Ensure that all WI, SOPs and quality control plans are completed and checked during shift
Ensure that non-conforming product is dealt with based on PID instruction within a timely matter according to applicable procedures Process Improvement / Process Excellence Implement and maintain capable, stable, efficient and stable production processes that satisfy the Process Excellence objectives.
Implement process improvement to reduce process variation
Process risk assessment with continuous improvement
Periodically check Process stability (Cp, CpK, CmK etc)
Archiving records, reports, surveys & justifications
Trouble shooting to reduce scrap I to IV related.
Instruct the Operator for their work and support them in case of requests / problems
Ensures Productivity - Implement processes to produce efficiently the output required respecting and following the specifications.
Equipment, Tooling & Process requirements are aligned and suitable for achieving product requirements.
Implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / workoff and increase stability, efficiency.
Conduting structured problem solving, incl. leasons learned documentation and implementation
Share know how through an internal and global network Process Community Cost Responsible to manage overtime during shift by meeting OT targets
Ensure that any OT worked during shift is captured into TAS during the same shift.
Is responsible to minimise rate of workoff generation during die trials.
Ensure die shop toolings are in good condition and safe to use.
To use and upkeep all toolings with proper care and in safe manner.(die, predie ,documentation)ManagementManage,lead, guide and assist associates in the area. Mentoring, coaching, motivating & problem solving (Positions where applicable)
Training and development of associates - all levels

Ensure adherence to all company policies & proceduresProcessResponsible to carry out all the projects or new development assigned
Create related process documentation, book of requirements, guidelines, workinstruction, process spefication and standard operating procedures
Create Trouble shooting checklists for the defects belonging to area
Responsible for maintaining of POMS documentation plant and central and process excelence
PoMS, QDA, Minitab
Resonsible to create the specification for ETO, ISD and serial production
Responsible to introduce the new RN`s regarding tooling and new materials etc..
Responsible to create the specification for ETO, ISD and serial production
Process implementation and release according specifications Manufacturing Systems Local Key User for CGRS/WPS Manufacturing Systems Power Key User For DOPAC, FIBRE Product and process industrialisation Support and take over responsibilties of process industrialisation according plant and central release procedures and requirements
Conduct all necessary studies to monitore and document process stability
Initiate activities to ensure process performance on required level with respect to efficiency, stability, scrap level
Final process approval with respect to efficiency, stability and scrap level

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering
