Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

• To plan, organize, and control all activities of process engineering to support operation.
• The main objective is to achieve optimum operating efficiencies and meeting the desired plant objectives such as safety, quality, reliability, waste, and cost.
• To contribute to the optimization and profitability of the operation by providing technical and process engineering assistance to the production team.
• Upgrade system and develop best practices to improve the production rate and quality of output.
• Manage cost and time constraints. Perform risk assessments and process simulations.
• To lead in machine modification or installation of new equipment or machine as well as the trial of new material.
• To provide technical support related to equipment, technology, and control.
• To monitor quality and process conformance, analyze/ investigate causes of deviation, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• To maintain quality specifications and the centerline system to enable conformance to both customer requirements and machine capabilities.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Effective communication and good command of Local and English language.
• Good analytical skills, self-starter, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to make a good decision with calculated risks.
• Possess strong leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with all levels and external parties.
