JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance
- To ensure a proper checklist was updated for workers to carry out the maintenance work
- To assist in troubleshooting during machinery downtime.
- To ensure current machinery design and workflow are well improvised to ensure the product quality is good.
- Ensure machinery productivity is high and efficient
- To monitor workers or subcontractors during upgrading-related works.
- Assist the director in the design of machinery for the ALC production line
- Monitor the progress of the Subcon for the machinery fabrication
- To be overseas to support the local Subcon and machinery supplier with the ongoing installation work from substructure to the commissioning of the machinery
- Min Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
Installation of automation parts
Troubleshooting involving the automation system
Manage suppliers, sub-con, and manpower to execute work progress
Manage and liaise with team and supplier for factory project improvement
Able to work in Saleng - Kulai, Johor
