Location: Terbau Responsibilities:

Responsible for new line setup.
Must make sure the InforLN Routing is properly setup prior trial run. The Routing setup must reflect production actual situation.
Apart from SMT and Molding machine, Process Engineer is responsible for the new machine evaluation, recommendation for purchase and buy-off before accepting the machine from supplier.
Responsible for the process optimization and cycle time reduction to achieve the KPI target defined by Management.
Implement any other process improvement projects assigned by Management.
To create / maintain MES routing, trouble shoot any MES issue
Able to design &create jig and fixture by using 3D software such as Solid Edge or equivalent.
Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Industrial/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience in an electrical / electronic related manufacturing.
