JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our solution team.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process operation and implementation. The successful candidate will able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. In charge of studying these processes within the context of work process sheet metal.

Prefer Junior Executive with 2- 4 years with similar experience is encourage to apply.
FUNCTIONS:

• Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and mass release (MR)
• Design and implement improvement to products, processes, materials, or equipment which can leads to yield improvement and enhance the utility, quality, reliability or cost effectiveness.
• Assessing process, taking measurements and interpreting data
• Implement solutions or preventive action to stabilize processes and evaluate result.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Perform process simulations
• Manage cost time constraints
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Ensure proper documentation, including preparation of appropriate manual and work instruction in accordance to ISO requirements.
• Provide Production engineering support to Production

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Working experience in sheet metal fabrication environment will be added advantage.
• Good oral and written in English and Malaysia.
• Able to speak Mandarin is the bonus point
• Fast Learning and have initiative to solve the problem
• Proactive and reliable person
• Preferably to Male Candidate

LOCATION AND COMMITMENTS:

• Full-time position
• 08:30AM \xe2\x80\x93 17:30PM
• Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor Malaysia
• Be able to start immediately
• Can work under minimum supervise

SALARY RANGE MYR 3,000 \xe2\x80\x93 MYR 3,600
