Requirements:

Degree in any engineering field.
At least 2 years of process engineer or related working experience
Knowledge in FMEA/PFMEA, 7QC tools, Root cause analysis, Preventive Maintenance, Trobleshooting, Process improvement, Bill of Material(BOM) and Work instructions will be added advantage
Other duties which may be required by superior.
Languanges: English, BM. Mandarin speaker will be an advantage.

Scopes:

Job description

To improve, modify and simplify assembly processes for new and existing models.
To carry out the process improvement activity
To involve in new model trial run activity for process related matters, e.g. assembly process, line layout, cycle time and line balancing.
To prepare Standard Operating Procedure, Process Change Instruction, Flow charts, and other documents related to process engineering.
To follow up and arrange for internal and external equipment calibration.
To involved in PCB development & machine capability
any ad-hoc tasks request by superior.
