Your role is responsible for leading, planning and controlling all production support activities to improve, develop and ensure the plant\'s productivity and quality.

The role will also include:

Assist and advise Factory Manager in driving operational and Plant KPI Continuous Improvement Champion for the plant Drive process and project improvement relating to Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery Lead Fund to Growth (Cost Saving initiatives) for the plant Initiate and implement new solutions for process efficiency. Lead the production and process for new product introduction

We are looking for a candidate with an Engineering Degree with specialisation in Chemical or has relevant experience

You enjoy working with deadlines, you have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

min 5-year relevant Chemical or Paint processing experience preferred

Experience in operational excellence tools (six sigma) is added advantage.

Read, write and speak good local language

Read, write and speak English

This position is based in Kluang, Johor, Malaysia
