New Graduate Accelerated Capability Excellence (ACE)
New Graduate ACE is a new structured rotating program tailored for NCGs to develop their leadership and functional exposures towards enhanced succession pipeline for ATKL in the next 3 to 5 years.
Seeking for:
- Fresh Graduates or with not more than 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with minimum CGPA 3.2, majoring in Engineering field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities
- Strong leadership skills and confident
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
